How We Work *

  • We begin with a structured consultation to understand your business goals, target audience, and messaging priorities. This step ensures we align your content needs with strategic objectives and budget.

  • Our team develops a detailed creative plan. This includes scripting, visual direction, shot lists, and location planning. All pre-production logistics are handled in this stage to streamline execution and reduce revisions later.

  • We handle all aspects of content production. This includes directing talent, capturing footage, managing lighting and audio, and following the shot plan. Our crew is optimized for efficiency while maintaining high production value.

  • Post-production includes video editing, audio design, color correction, and motion graphics if required. Each deliverable is reviewed internally before sending for client feedback. Revisions are managed through structured feedback rounds.

  • Final assets are delivered in the formats you need: Optimized for web, social, or broadcast. We include usage rights documentation and, when relevant, platform-specific formatting (e.g. vertical Reels, captions, compression).

  • We approach content as a system, not just a shoot.

    From planning to production to post, everything is structured so your content actually works across platforms, not just looks good in one place. Our goal isn’t just to deliver visuals, but to help brands create content that feels consistent, intentional, and usable long-term.

  • We offer full-service video production and content creation for brands.

    This includes pre-production planning, filming, and post-production. Depending on the project, we also support creative direction, shot list development, and content strategy to ensure everything we capture aligns with your goals.

  • We don’t just show up and film.

    Most of the value comes from how the shoot is planned. We help shape the concept, structure the content, and guide the direction so the final output feels cohesive and intentional.

  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance.

    This allows time for planning, alignment, and proper preparation before the shoot. For larger or multi-day productions, more lead time is always better.

  • We focus on structure.

    A lot of content looks good but doesn’t actually serve the brand long-term. We build our shoots around clear priorities, content systems, and intentional direction so what we create can be reused, repurposed, and scaled.

  • We do not deliver RAW footage.

    RAW files are unedited, incomplete, and not representative of the quality or standard ARKYVS delivers. Our work includes the full process of selecting, shaping, and refining the content so it aligns with the brand and the intended story.

    Providing RAW would mean handing off unfinished work that doesn’t reflect our process or final output.

  • Turnaround depends on the scope of the project.

    For standard shoots, delivery typically ranges from 7–14 days. Larger projects, multi-day shoots, or extended filming hours may require additional time to properly review, edit, and finalize the content.

    We prioritize delivering work that feels intentional and complete, rather than rushing unfinished output.

  • If filming extends beyond the original scope (additional hours, extra shoot days, or expanded deliverables), turnaround times and pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

    We always communicate this clearly so expectations stay aligned on both sides.
